- Not have been previously banned from the platform
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must use your real name and provide accurate information
- One person may only create one account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use and Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Scrape or collect data without permission
- Interfere with the platform's functionality

Events and Registrations

- Registration confirmations are subject to event organizer approval
- You must attend events you register for or cancel in advance
- Event organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify events
- No-shows may result in restrictions on future registrations
Event Organizers
- Organizers are responsible for event content and management
- Organizers must comply with institutional policies
- False or misleading event information is prohibited
Donations and Payments
Donations
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
- Donation receipts are provided for approved donations
- We do not guarantee tax deductibility; consult a tax professional
- Donations are subject to admin approval
Payment Processing
Payment verification is done through screenshot uploads. We do not store payment card information. You are responsible for the accuracy of payment information submitted.
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you post
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you post
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
Our Content
All platform features, design, code, and branding are owned by TechHub Sunstone. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without permission.
Points and Rewards System
- Points are awarded for participation and engagement
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time
- Gaming or exploiting the points system may result in point deduction or account suspension
- Points may expire or be reset at our discretion
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TechHub Sunstone, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
